Manchester University Foundation Trust Introductory Stroke Education Day

A one-day stroke education programme delivered by stroke MDT teams working across the Trust focusing on care for patients as they transition from Hyper acute stroke care to rehabilitation. The day looks at practical steps to provide excellent stroke care for patients and provides an overview of how stroke care is organised and updates on new ways of working.
