Fairfield General introductory training day – 13th February

The stroke team at Fairfield will be running a one-day stroke training programme considering the basics of stroke care within a HASU and sub-acute inpatient unit, including the importance of accurate recording of SSNAP data.  It can be used to facilitate work-placed learning and on-line training packages such as STARS.

The study days are aimed at qualified and unqualified nurses, AHPs etc, including acute and community staff. The agenda for the events will be similar and are suitable for staff from other Greater Manchester Trusts.
