Voluntary Services Directory

The Voluntary Services Directory provides information on local services available to support stroke survivors and their families. These services are generally provided by the voluntary sector or local authorities and enhance, complement or follow on from care provided by the NHS.

Availability of services may vary in different areas. Some services may be apply to certain disease groups, or be generic and be relevant for all. Select “Generic” in the Specialties section if you want to include services that are not disease specific.

Our user guide explains how to use the tool, which works best in a Chrome browser.

If you spot any errors then please contact our administrator or if you would like to add your organisation then please complete this form.
